Expect to see cobbled alleyways and mosaic decorations at every turn. The Explanada d'Espanya leads you to the beautiful harbour that is peppered with majestic palm trees swaying in the sea breeze.
Twelve miles from Alicante city is the airport but don't let that put you off exploring this intriguing place. It is a great place to stay with all the interesting attractions being within walking distance of one another.
